Description:

Summary

The Move Coordinator serves as a critical team member of Big League Mover sales.  He/she collaborates with multiple team members in Sales, Operations and customers at one time. Grows revenue through booking moves and ensuring a great customer experience.

Essential Functions

Manage all call center activities and aspects relating to customer relations, product sales and scheduling, service and product instruction to Operations Team.

Strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

Increase business through presenting BLM value propositions through prospecting and other sales related activities.

Build upon current sales numbers to achieve monthly, yearly individual/team revenue goals.

Conduct over-the-phone customer needs analysis and use electronic software and systems (Gmail, Moving Software, MSOffice, etc.) to quote, sell and order products; and assist in providing prompt and on-time delivery.

Follow-up on initial phone/email contacts in addition to leads generated by bigleaguemovers.com and other lead sources.

Qualify and schedule onsite surveys through effective management of the office calendar.

Participate in team, department and company meetings to ensure accuracy and understanding of services.

Ensure products and services are sold in accordance with company values, policies and procedures, within the confines of regulating bodies of government (DOT, FMCSA etc.) and local laws.

Work with management to promote a fun, positive and competitive work environment, embody company culture and maintain high level of engagement.           

Additional Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing feedback regularly on process improvement, including but not limited to; wins and losses, competitive information, quality alerts, BLM surveys as well as periodic special requests.

Responsible for training/mentoring newer team members and hosting BLM guests for field visits upon request.

May be requested to represent BLM at company-sponsored events, at professional groups – invitations to discuss and/or present BLM products and services, at industry related meetings, and at exhibition events to promote BLM products and services.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work                                                                                                       

This is a full-time position. Expected weekly schedule is to comprise of minimum of 45 scheduled hours over 5 days, Monday-Saturday.
