When you first reach out to Big league Movers, our moving specialist will talk to you about your move in order to better understand your unique needs. We’ll ask a series of basic questions, including:

• What are your current and new home addresses?
• How many bedrooms is your home or apartment?
• What is the square footage of your office space?
• Do you have any large or over-sized items?
• How many boxes do you anticipate moving?
• Which of our services do you need – packing/unpacking, local moving services, long-distance moving services, moving specialty items, etc.

First Base

Minutes after that initial call, your Big League Movers moving specialist will email you a preliminary moving estimate based on your conversation.

Second Base

The next step is completing an online inventory of all of the items in your home to ensure you get the most accurate quote. For office moves and some larger homes, Big League Movers will come to you to do an on-site inventory and moving quote. Our expert estimator will inventory each item in your home or office, make note of potential hazards like narrow doorways or sharp corners and sit down with you to discuss the moving process, answer your questions and provide helpful moving tips and advice. Third Base

About two days before the move, your moving specialist will reach out to you to finalize details and confirm any changes to inventory or overall needs. They will also go over the timeline for your move, including when you can expect your professional movers to arrive and our anticipated completion time at your new home.

Home Plate

The day of your big move, you don’t have to worry about a thing. Our experienced and professional team is there to handle all the heavy lifting. They will stay in touch with you throughout the move to ensure you’re always updated on progress and you and your belongings are safely in your new home as quickly as possible.

Keeping Score

After you’ve settled into your new home, a manager will reach out to you to ensure you are happy with your Big League moving experience. In the unfortunate event that an item was broken in transport, the manager will make sure your claim is processed and resolved to your satisfaction in a timely manner.
